Fueled by passion and purpose, Felicia Harlow is highly skilled at creating heart-centered connections and helping women give birth to their spirit via balanced, healthy living. As president and founder of Innergistics™ Life Development, LLC, Felicia is dedicated to supporting small business owners, educators, and healthcare professionals to address life’s challenges by teaching them to connect their heads with their hearts, live consciously and activate their own natural healing abilities.

Her personal journey of self-transformation began in corporate America as an executive with Merck Pharmaceuticals. After a successful career with more than 14 years of experience in the health care industry, she began to search for answers to the questions that many have often asked: Isn’t there more to life than just a paycheck? How can I live an authentic life utilizing all of my gifts and talents and experience prosperity all at the same time?

The answers to these questions began unfolding for Felicia when she became an independent self care and wellness consultant with Warm Spirit, Inc. Sharing the company’s vision to empower individuals to care for themselves and nurture their potential within, Felicia was able to merge her healthcare expertise with her spiritual gift of discernment. She recognized incongruencies between her clients’ beliefs and their lifestyles. Having discovered her passion and purpose, Felicia left Merck and quickly rose through the ranks of Warm Spirit, which is now a multi-million dollar company. She currently manages a national sales force of more than 600 consultants and has been the recipient of the 2004 Living to your Potential Award for her commitment to personal growth.

Taking her success to the next level, Felicia established Innergistics™ Life Development, LLC, a personal growth consulting, health education, and self directed coaching company. Felicia is dedicated to helping clients create “growth in motion” archetypes and experience abundant, healthy and peaceful lifestyles. “Growth in motion is a philosophy, a way of life,” exclaims Harlow. “It is about living healthy and empowered with one's intentions, thoughts, words, and actions in alignment with one's divine assignment.” Felicia transforms other’s lives through keynote speaking, workshops, training, self care and wellness consultations, growth circles, and self directed coaching.
